A “bio-healthy park” is defined as a green space with a collection of different types of exercise equipment, which can be used to stay fit and prevent or treat specific ailments or injuries.

 It is designed for the practice of physical exercise for adults over 40 years old and specially recommended for over 60s because it allows the improvement of mobility, increases flexibility and tones the muscles of all the body.
